My story

Milo has been waiting patiently at Foothills Animal Rescue for far too long, and we can’t figure out why – because he is truly one of the sweetest, most lovable dogs we’ve ever known.At 9 years old, Milo may be considered a “senior,” but don’t let his age fool you – this guy is still full of life! He’s a fetch champion, a leash-walking pro, and a total goofball when he gets the zoomies. He’s got the perfect blend of playful energy and easygoing charm.Milo absolutely thrives on human attention and has never met a person he didn’t love. Whether it’s cuddling on the couch, playing in the yard, or just being your shadow around the house, Milo is happiest when he’s by your side. He would do best in a home where someone is around more often than not – he doesn’t love being alone, and honestly, he just wants to love and be loved.Here’s what Milo needs in his forever home:No other animals – Milo wants to be your one and only.A house with a backyard – He’s not suited for apartment or condo living.A person or family who’s home often – Milo is all about that quality time.Milo has completely stolen the hearts of every single staff member and volunteer at Foothills. He’s gentle, affectionate, and endlessly loyal.
