My story

Hi there, I’m Nightcrawler — a 1-year-old, 58-pound professional snuggler-in-training with a heart as big as my puppy paws.When I first went home with my foster family, I was so nervous that I curled into a ball in the farthest corner of the backyard. But by the very next day, I was following my foster mom everywhere, napping wherever she worked, tail wagging and heart wide open. Now, I’ll gently nudge you for pets, shower you with kisses, and happily nap nearby while you do your people stuff.I`m housetrained, quiet (I don’t bark!), and I’m getting pretty good at this crate thing. I’ve also learned that not everything on the floor is a chew toy (but, like... it should be, right?). I love fetch, zoomies in the yard, and relaxing outside in the grass, sniffing all the good stuff. I’m treat-motivated and still learning about the big wide world, so I’ll need a bit of patience while I warm up to new people. But once I know you? You’ve got a loyal, cuddly, goofy best friend for life.If you’re looking for a sweet, snuggly, moderately active pup who just wants to be near his people, I might just be your perfect match. Come meet me today!~~~~~The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is open every day from noon until 6pm (excluding limited holidays/events).
