My story

Meet Ryuke! Ryuke is a handsome Husky-Shepherd mix with a heart as big as his smile. This sweet boy is kennel trained, dog door savvy, and walks like a pro on a leash. He knows simple commands, is eager to please, and thrives on connection—he absolutely adores his person! Ryuke is great with other dogs and even gets along with cats. He loves to play, so he'd do wonderfully in a home with another playful pup. He could also make an excellent hiking buddy for someone who enjoys the great outdoors. And bonus—he rides great in the car, making him the perfect travel companion for all your adventures. Ryuke is good with kids, but he does need slow introductions and a little time to feel safe. With patience and reassurance, he’ll show his gentle, loyal side. He qualifies for our Pets for Vets program and would be a fantastic companion for a veteran looking for a loyal friend.
