My story

Little LOLO is looking for a forever home! Sweet baby Lolo is 4 years old and weighs 19 lbs. He gets along with dogs of all sizes and has so much love to give! Lolo is OK with cats. Lolo is very affectionate, and is content to just sit by your side with a chewy toy (they're his favorite!). Lolo is a wonderful companion, who will climb in your lap if you let him and loves to sleep snuggled up as close as he can to you under the covers. His favorite treats are bananas and strawberries (but he won't say no to cheese!). Lolo loves car rides and can both potty outside but will use wee wee pads when they are around, too. Lolo is a smart boy and even knows the cue "sit"! This poor little dog was surrendered to the chaotic city shelter, losing the only home he had ever known. (He was Lilo at the shelter). Understandably, his tiny tender heart was absolutely broken and he was terrified there! Fortunately, a wonderful foster family opened their home to Lolo and we were able to rescue him from the At Risk for euthanasia list. His foster report that Lolo is just the sweetest, taking treats gently and giving soft kisses. Lolo has been doing great in his foster home, but would really love his forever home. Lolo is dog friendly but should go to a home without small children. Lolo is currently being fostered in southern New Jersey (transportation provided for approved adopters). Lolo is fully vetted, neutered, micro chipped, and ready to go home with YOU!
