My story

WATCH MY VIDEO...Linus has spent almost his entire life in a shelter. This 9-month-old pup was surrendered when he was just 2 months old... and he’s still waiting for someone to give him a chance. Linus is a bit anxious and still figuring out this big, overwhelming world. He loves to carry his emotional support security blanket for comfort. Shelter life has been all he’s known — and it shows in his nervous energy and pacing. But underneath all that worry is a sweet, playful, affectionate boy who wants to trust, wants to love and wants to belong. He loves treats, enjoys being petted once he’s comfortable, and is starting to learn how good life can be outside of a kennel. He’ll need patience, love, and someone willing to show him the world isn’t so scary after all. Linus would thrive in a calm, consistent home — ideally with someone experienced with shy or anxious dogs, or simply someone with a huge heart and a lot of patience. He’s never really had a chance to just be a puppy. Maybe you could be the one to give him that chance. Come meet Linus — he’s been waiting so long for his person.
