My story

Hutch is the perfect petite sidekick and the more adventurous sibling! He is curious about everything and very brave. Hutch also loves to chase leaves and play with all of the toys. Hutch is in foster care currently and he would love to be friends with his foster cat sibling, but the cat doesn’t share the same feelings, much to Hutch’s dismay. He is working on crate and potty training. If Hutch sounds like a good fit for your household, we'd love to hear from you. Sweet little adoptable Hutch went on a Foster Friday Sleepover and was a perfect little house guest! His foster said, “He was great! Had fun playing. Learned stairs very quickly. He’s good at sit and come commands. We went on a really long walk today and he did great with that and he slept through the whole night!” If you think he might be a good fit for your household, we'd love to hear from you. This special fellow has a special fee of $300. Hutch is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. All dogs 6 month + receive a Proheart 6 injection at the time of their heartworm test. This provides heartworm prevention for 6 months from the time of that injection. This dog has tested ****** for heartworms. The adoption fee is $450 if your adoption is prepaid and final prior to your dog's arrival. An additional $50 will be charged on dogs that are picked up from our Southbury CT adoption center, adopted at an event, or foster home. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with CT HB 5368. WANT TO MEET OUR DOGS IN PERSON? Check the Events tab on cprdogs.com for all weekend adoption event info. The majority of the dogs marked as 'meet me' will be there to see you! If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between 11 am-1 pm. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05.
