***COURTESY POST*** Meet Chunky, a 5-year-old charming and gentle male Chow with a smooth cream coat. Chunky is an endearing dog with a wonderful personality! He is ready to find his forever home where he can share his love and affection. Training and Behavior Chunky is a well-behaved dog who has a calm yet curious and loving demeanor. Chunky loves to go on walks, making him a great companion for outdoor activities. After a refreshing walk, he is happy to settle down for a nap and chill, showing his balanced nature of being both active and relaxed. Chunky's fondness for treats makes him easy to train (for a chow!) He is a strong and beefy boy, but is also very good on leash. Compatibility Chunky has been absolutely great with new people and kids, making him an excellent family pet. His gentle and friendly nature ensures he gets along well with everyone he meets. He has been enjoying all of the attention he receives out and about with lots of tail wiggles, as he is quite a dapper and beautiful fella! While his interactions with cats has not been extensively tested, regarding his overall disposition with dogs he has shown that he can get along with most. He has shared a home with multiple (7) dogs without issue. As with any new family member, adapting well rests on proper training and introductions.
