You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.  Hello, I'm Simba. I'm a sweet, shy guy with a goofy side that comes out once I get to know you. I'm full of energy and love to play, but sometimes I get a little anxious. I'm looking for someone who can understand and help me through my nervous moments. Loyalty is my middle name; once I trust you, I'll stick by your side no matter what. I may need a little time to come out of my shell, but once I do, you'll see just how loving and fun I can be. Adopt me and let's create our own wonderful, playful world together.  I will need a home with no small children.  Estimated DOB:   11/6/2021 Adoption fee: $250 (6% KY sales tax included)  We would love to hear from you! SCHS Veterinary Care and Services for Dogs (5 months of age and older): Prior to being placed for adoption, all dogs, at a minimum, receive a veterinary exam, are neutered/spayed, tested for heartworms and Lyme disease, and treated for internal parasites, flea/tick preventative , current on booster(s), bordetella and rabies vaccinations. SCHS Veterinary Care and Services for Puppies (under 5 months of age): Prior to being placed for adoption, all dogs , at a minimum, receive a veterinary exam, are neutered/spayed , and treated for internal parasites, flea/tick preventative , current on booster(s), and rabies vaccinations.
