My story

Hello kind folks! My name is Sonia and I am a 10 year old 9 lb yorkie girl in search of my new home and forever family. I was found wandering the streets of South Florida right before New Years Day and I can tell you I was very very scared. Thankfully the shelter director called FCCR for assistance and in a New York minute I was picked up and placed in a quiet foster home to decompress and enjoy the holidays in a peaceful and loving home. Foster mommy says I am a very sweet, loving and quiet little girl. I love being around people and other dogs but no idea on cats...quite frankly as long as they are friendly I am sure I'd like them. They just need to be nice kitties since I am a SMALL little girl and I have zero aggression in me so if they were to pick a fight I wouldn't know what to do!!!! Also, I am a little vision impaired but no worries...I can still see you and my surroundings, especially during the day!
