My story

ALMOND - he's adorable. Full of energy and spunk, Almond enjoys playing with the other young cats in our cottage, especially Kyle, Hazel, Krissie & Kassie who are all also very playful and can be seen on their own ads. ALMOND is very vocal about his needs and will meow at you for attention. He is still at the squirmy kitten stage where he prefers playing and zooming around to being held but he is affectionate once the energy is burned (which is after many hours of zooming around). eDOB 11/10/24 ** Only homes within a driving distance of 45 minutes or less will be considered for kittens under 6 months of age. ** SCHEDULE A VISIT - Please drop us a note telling us a little about your household, your reasons for looking to adopt, and what you are looking for in a pet. Include your availability and we'll get back to you! OUR EMAIL: - animalsindistressnj@gmail.com APPLICATIONS: - To submit an application directly, go to: animals-in-distress.org/adoption-application/ ADOPTION PROCESS & FEES - You must be 21 years or older to adopt. - There is an application & approval process. - Once approved, the adoption fee is $150 per pet. ADOPTION FEE INCLUDES: - Testing for FeLV & FIV - Vaccinations (FVRCP/Distemper & Rabies) - Spay or neuter of the cat - Microchipping If the animal you are interested in is part of a bonded pair, please only submit an application if you are considering adopting both. We reserve the right to deny any application and our adoptions are NOT on a first come - first serve basis. Our sole purpose is to find the best possible home for the animals in our care
