My story

Meet Casper, a sweet and playful mixed breed pup ready to find his forever home! Casper is an outgoing boy, especially with other dogs—he loves making new furry friends and is always up for playtime. While he can be a little shy with new people at first, once he gets to know you, his gentle and affectionate nature shines through. Casper has tons of energy and loves to stay active, running around and having fun until around 7 pm, when he’s ready to relax and unwind for the evening. He’s a big fan of hard chews, meat, cheese, and whipped cream—treat time is always a highlight for him! Casper is crate trained and will settle down after a bit of barking when first put in. He’s doing great with potty training, and thanks to positive reinforcement and treat training, he’s about 90% there. Occasional accidents are to be expected, but he’s making wonderful progress! Casper would thrive in a calm and loving home where he can continue to build his confidence. He’s looking for a patient adopter who will provide the time and care he needs to feel secure. With a little love and guidance, Casper will quickly become a loyal, affectionate companion. So, if you're up for the challenge and the fun, why not come meet me in person? Our dogs and puppies go home spayed/neutered, microchipped, heartworm tested (7 months and over), and up to date on core vaccines, heartworm, flea, and tick preventatives. Their adoption also includes a free-vet exam at one of our participating veterinarians.
