My story

Hello, My name is Charlie. My sister and I are looking for a home together. We love top play, look out the window, and snuggle. Cats: YesDogs: UnknownKids: YesSpecial: I have a habit of pooping just outside the litter box. I pee in the box and don`t have accidents elsewhere but just don`t like pooping in the box. Since I am consistent, my foster people just put down a potty pad outside the litter box for me to use. So its still easy clean up and contained to the area around the litter box.
