Mason

My story

Say hello to Mason. Mason came to the rescue with his brother Rocky, but they do not have to be adopted together. Mason walks very well on a leash, is very gentle and loving (once he knows you). He is very nervous and takes time to warm up, but he has come so FAR. He is still a little bit nervous with new people, but he has adapted so well to the many volunteers that he sees on a regular basis. He is very loving, once he feels comfortable. He likes to sit next to you and gives out lots of kisses. He is indififferent to the other dogs in the shelter when they walk by. He does great playing with his brother, Rocky. Although, Mason is pretty laid back and Rocky likes to run and rough house, which is not really Mason's thing. He also did very well when cat tested. However, in the home is always a different thing, so if you have pets he would need to meet them and would need someone who is willing to give him time to adapt. He is also very food motivated...he will easily go into and out of his kennel for a treat. He is a youngish (3 years old), but so far he has been a pretty chill guy. He would be fine with a lttle bit of exercise everyday, but does not seem to need hours and hours of playtime. So, if you are looking for a chill guy to hang out with, Mason is a great match for you.  ##2261780##
