My story

MEET MAXX (~4/M/BUF) Maxx found himself at the City of Buffalo Animal Shelter through no fault of his own and became one of their long-term residents. But now, he’s ready to leave that life behind and find his forever family!  This handsome ~4-year-old pit mix is the total package: House-trained and a perfect houseguest—he loves his bed even more than the couch. Leash pro who’s always up for a walk or car ride adventure. People pleaser who adores humans (big and small!) and gets along great with other dogs!Polite and smart—he already knows some basic commands and even tucks himself into his crate at bedtime (around 9 PM sharp—what a gentleman!). Buffalo Bills’ biggest fan, Maxx will be right by your side, wagging his tail.
