Meet Amber: A Survivor with a Heart of Gold Amber’s story is nothing short of extraordinary. After being hit by two cars, enduring a broken pelvis and fractured hip, and undergoing life-saving surgery, this resilient girl has made a full recovery. Now she’s ready to leave her past behind and start her next chapter with a family who will cherish her for the incredible dog she is. Amber is a wiggly bundle of joy who knows how to brighten any day. She’ll greet you with her signature happy stomps, proudly carry her favorite toys around the house, and charm you with her adorable Chewbacca-like sounds. When the playtime winds down, her favorite place to be is snuggled up right next to you—she’s convinced she’s the ultimate lap dog, and honestly, she might be right. This sweet girl is potty trained, crate trained, and has a knack for making fast friends with humans of all ages, including kids. While she loves other dogs, she does best with slow introductions to ensure everyone gets off on the right paw. Amber’s resilience is matched only by her love for life, and she’s ready to shower her forever family with loyalty, cuddles, and plenty of wiggly tail wags.
