My story

Musician Chevy has a song entitled “Sweet Boi”, which includes the lyrics:“Sweet as nectarHoneysuckleYou make everythin` so funOh, boyMy sweet boy”Our Sweetie Boi is dreaming of a family who will take their time to let him come out of his shell and show that he can be “sweet as nectar!”A volunteer recently shared that while Sweetie Boi is on the shy side, he is learning to trust people and being with his kennelmate helps him to feel brave. He is a sensitive but friendly boy who is easy to leash and benefits from encouragement. Sweetie Boi shares his kennel politely and has been social and tolerant when meeting other dogs in playgroup. A calm, confident doggy pal who can show Sweetie Boi the ropes in his future home would be great for him!
