Meet Valorie! Q: Does Valorie have experience with kids or other dogs?A: Valorie has not met any small children but has met some teenagers here at the shelter and did awesome! She was calm, friendly, and took treats from them gently. She would love to meet your kids! Q: How does Valorie show affection?A: She likes to give kisses and is a definite lap dog. She likes to be as close to you as possible and will beg you for attention!Q: How would you describe Valorie?A: A playful girl with a calm side. She is excited to meet new people but settles in pretty quickly. She is affectionate and loves to be the center of attention.Q: What are some of staff’s favorite things about Valorie?A: We think her wiggly butt and sweet personality are the best things about her. Her tail is always waggin’!Q: What kind of toys does Valorie like?A: Valorie LOVES a hard chew toy. She isn’t the biggest fan of those flimsy rubber toys or the too soft plushies, she wants a nice bone and something that will last her for hours!Q: What does Valorie do well?A: Valorie walks well on the leash and is a fast learner. She knows “sit” and takes treats gently. She plays fetch and is learning to drop the ball!This darling girl has been waiting for a furever home since January. Come to the ARC and ask for Valorie!
