The 2017 Disney- Pixar movie “Coco” follows a boy named Miguel who travels to the Land of the Dead, where he seeks the help of his deceased musician great-great-grandfather to return him to his family and reverse their ban on music. It`s a beautiful movie with a bittersweet ending about love, loss and the importance of honoring late loved ones. Our sweet pup Coco is looking to start his story with a furever family who will welcome him home with a quote from the movie- “I’m proud we’re family!”Coco is a brave boy who is absolutely blossoming with the loving kindness he receives from shelter staff and volunteers. Volunteers are so proud of this boy’s progress- here’s what some of his friends have said:“Coco got his first walk at PACC today! He was easy to leash and unleash, and was a mostly loose-leash walker. He was interested but not reactive to other dogs he saw. He accepted touch and pets.”“Coco is a playful boy! He likes to give volunteers hugs and is learning to keep four paws on the floor when a volunteer enters his kennel to leash him up. He’s attentive too!”Coco shares his kennel with another PACC pup and has been tolerant and independent when meeting other dogs in playgroup. He would likely benefit from having a confident dog to show him the ropes in his new home. Coco is hoping for a patient family who will welcome him as an indoor dog and help him to learn all the very-good indoor doggy skills. If you’re ready to give a playful, affectionate boy his furever home, come meet Coco today!
