My story

Hi, I`m Reesa. I must admit, I`m not the biggest fan of humans right now, and here at the shelter, I prefer my own company. I might be open to other animal friends, though; just plan on going slow when introducing us, okay? And who knows -- over time, with a quiet, loving home to call my own, I think I might warm up to the right person. Could that be you?I did test positive for feline leukemia virus (FeLV), which is a chronic, lifelong condition that can be transmitted to other cats through saliva and other bodily fluids. Because of this, I will need to be your only cat or go home with other FeLV+ cats only. If you think I might be the right match for you, come on down to the shelter and meet me today!
