Meet Oakley – Your New Best Friend! If you’re looking for a dog who will keep you laughing, shower you with love, and be your loyal sidekick, Oakley is your guy! This sweet, goofy boy has a heart of gold and a playful spirit that makes every day more fun. He loves to romp around, play with his toys, and make new friends. While he’s always up for an adventure, he’s just as happy to relax and soak up affection from his favorite people. Oakley is housebroken, crate-trained (though he’d love to sleep somewhere cozier!), and walks well on a leash. He’s a strong pup who sometimes doesn’t realize his own size, so he’d do best with dog friends who can match his energy. He’s also neutered, heartworm negative, and up to date on all his vaccines, so he’s ready to start his new life with you! Whether you’re looking for a hiking buddy, a playmate for your other pup, or just a loving companion to brighten your days, Oakley is the perfect fit. Our adoption fee includes transport, all age required shots, microchip, & a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian. We look forward to receiving your application! We will review it shortly and give you a call to set up a phone interview.  We are thrilled to offer transport services every 3 weeks from Houston to the Pacific Northwest and the East Coast, ensuring that these incredible pets can find their way to you no matter where you are. This makes the adoption process smooth and convenient, allowing you to focus on welcoming your new family member with open arms. Why should you adopt from a Texas Rescue?
