My story

Hello! My name is Apple, I am a 1 year old, spayed female, long-haired cat. I was found as a stray February 2025 and brought to MaxFund, now I am looking for my fur-ever home!I am shy, I have not yet learned that people are nice and I may be scared of you. I need someone who will be patient with me and give me the time and space I need to feel comfortable and come out of my shell. If you do come to meet me, please go slowly and be gentle, let me approach you. I may open up more over time, once I get used to people and the shelter environment.I haven`t met any dogs or kids, I think I do ok around other cats. If you have kids, you can bring them to meet me! If you have a dog, the shelter staff can test me with a MaxFund dog and see how I do.If you think I would be a good fit for your home, please come to the shelter to meet me!The shelter hours are Sunday - Monday, & Wednesday - Saturday (Closed Tuesday) 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Closed 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM for lunch.
