My story

Meet Dante! 🐾 Dante is a handsome 1.5-year-old Poodle weighing in at 54 pounds of pure love and energy. This sweet boy was found as a stray in the Houston area and brought to Camo Rescue by a kind-hearted Good Samaritan. Now, Dante is ready to find his forever home! Dante is not only intelligent but also very food-motivated, which makes training a breeze. Dante is also learning commands like “sit” and “lay down,” showing off his eagerness to please and incredible potential. With a consistent schedule and a bit of patience, he’ll have skills perfected in no time. With his puppy energy and larger size, Dante would thrive in an active home where he can get plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. He’s dog-friendly and would enjoy having canine siblings to play with, but he’s equally happy as the only pup soaking up all the attention. Due to his enthusiasm and energy, Dante would do best in a home without small children. If you’re looking for a loyal, energetic, and affectionate companion, Dante is your guy! 🐶❤️ Adoption fee is: $500 ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com. Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee. Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs. EIN # 46-5486022
