We are working with the owner to rehome Poppy.The owner would like for you to still submit an application with us to adopt Poppy.The Furry Paws Foster Inn cannot guarantee the vetting that the owner has done for Poppy and it would be up to the new adopter to obtain these records from the current owner.Below you will find the bio for Poppy by the owner:Poppy is a nine-month-old adolescent cat with a lot of playful energy. He loves dogs, wand toys, and squeeze treats and is the hungriest little guy in the world. He’s a little bitey but not aggressive - it’s clear he’s got a ton of energy and needs an environment where he can be fulfilled and happy with adequate socialization. He is a part of the 97% of cats infected with herpes, but unfortunately, he is also part of the few who show symptoms. Because of this, he’s a pretty boogery guy, and his eyes get watery, but medicine and eyedrops every now and then when he has a flare-up are super helpful. If you give him squeeze treats, he will LOVE you. He’s very social and will follow you from room to room. He loves to be where the action is! He might even snuggle with you once he gets comfortable with you (and is also tuckered out from lots of playtime). This guy needs love and a good home.
