My story

Bethany’s journey hasn’t been easy, but her resilience and loving heart shine through. Found scared and injured in a trap meant for another dog, she had a severe wound on her head, cuts on her face, and sore, squinting eyes. Yet, even in pain, she quickly realized she was finally safe. Now thriving in her foster home, Bethany is blossoming into the most affectionate companion. She may be a little shy at first, especially around tall men, but once she trusts you, she’ll be your shadow—always nearby, reaching out with her paw for attention and love. She adores walks, gets excited when her people come home, and is the perfect mix of relaxed and playful. At around two years old, Bethany is food-motivated, snuggly, and submissive with other dogs, though she’s not a fan of cats. She’s ready to find a forever home where she’ll be cherished and given the patience she deserves. Could that home be yours? Adoption is $275, which includes spay/neuter at our vet, vaccines, dewormer, microchip, and clean bill of health. Although we work to potty train all of our dogs, we cannot guarantee full house training before adoption. Regression is a normal part of transitioning to a new home.
