But what makes Priscilla truly special is her quiet strength: she’s deaf. While she may not hear the world around her, she feels it deeply—through your touch, your love, and the rhythm of your life. She is a very smart girl; she knows a few basic commands in sign language! Priscilla is looking for a home that celebrates her uniqueness and embraces her with patience, kindness, and lots of treats.
