Rookie

My story

Rookie is a sweet three-year-old who's house-trained, enjoys fetch, and knows commands like sit, stay, lay down, and fetch! Though she's a bit shy at first, Rookie is great on car rides and settles well in a home. She keeps a loose leash on walks, though she may need some space when passing other dogs. Rookie would thrive in a quiet home without kids or other pets, where her playful side can really shine. If you're looking for a gentle companion with a lot to offer, Rookie is ready to meet you! If you are interested in adopting, please visit the shelter during adoption hours. Be sure to let the front desk know the name of the dog you are interested in visiting. Once you have met with the dog and an application has been approved, we will then ask to complete a meet and greets with any dog(s) that are currently living in the home or visit frequently. Our adoption hours are as follows: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 12pm-5:30pm Thursday: 2:30pm-5pm Saturday & Sunday: 12pm-4:30pm
