My story

Hi, I’m Murdock! 🐶💨 Okay, so here’s the deal: I’m a fast, fun, treat-loving ball of energy, and I’m on the lookout for my forever home! I love other dogs—like, really love them. If there’s another pup around, you can bet I’ll be zooming circles around them (and maybe dragging them into a game of chase). My zoomies are kinda legendary, just saying. I’ve got a lot of energy, and I’m happiest when I get to run, play, and then crash into a comfy spot next to my people. Now, I’ll be honest—when I first meet new humans, I get a little shy. But bring out some treats and I’ll warm up faster than you can say “good boy.” Once I know I’m safe, I’m all tail wags and big puppy eyes. One thing you should know: I do best when I’m crated if you're leaving the house. It helps me feel secure and keeps me out of trouble while you're away. I’ve been told I’m pretty chill once I’m all tucked in. I’m looking for a home without young kids. Little ones move fast and make loud noises, and that kinda makes me nervous. Older, respectful kids or adults-only is more my speed. So… got a yard? Got treats? Got love to give and maybe another dog for me to play with? If yes, then we might just be a perfect match. 🐾 Let’s meet soon—I’ll bring the zoomies! — Murdock 🐕💙 If you are interested in adopting, please visit the shelter during adoption hours. Be sure to let the front desk know the name of the dog you are interested in visiting. Once you have met with the dog and an application has been approved, we will then ask to complete a meet and greets with any dog(s) that are currently living in the home or visit frequently. Our adoption hours are as follows: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 12pm-5:30pm Thursday: 2:30pm-5pm Saturday & Sunday: 12pm-4:30pm
