Meet Elsa – Your Loyal, Lovable ShadowElsa is a beautiful 2-year-old, 55-pound pittie girl with a heart full of love and a bit of spice. She’s smart, affectionate, and fully potty trained – a true homebody at heart. She already knows some basic commands like “sit,” and with a little patience and guidance, she’s ready to learn even more.Elsa is looking for an experienced dog handler who understands the needs of a reactive dog. She’s working on her socialization skills and can get overstimulated around certain dogs or situations – especially small animals, where her prey drive tends to take over. Because of this, she’d do best in a home where she has space to decompress and isn’t surrounded by the hustle and bustle of close neighbors – so no apartments, please.While Elsa can be selective, she did very well with the resident dog in her foster home. We’re not sure how she’ll do with small dogs, so a meet-and-greet is a must if you have other pets.When she’s not out in the yard rolling around in the grass or squeaking her favorite toys, Elsa’s happiest cuddled up next to her person. She’s a total velcro dog and will follow you from room to room, ready to snuggle at a moment’s notice.If you’re an experienced dog lover looking for a loyal companion with a big personality and even bigger heart, Elsa might just be your perfect match.
