Meet Cesar!This lovable pup was rescued at just 6 weeks old from a heartbreaking case of neglect. He had a severe injury to one of his back legs, which sadly had to be amputated—but that hasn’t slowed him down one bit! Cesar is incredibly resilient, full of love, and ready to find his forever home where he can thrive and be cherished.
