My story

Hi! I'm Missy! I recently arrived all the way from Bahrain. I spent several years in a very overcrowded shelter there. Before that, it was reported I had a family until Covid hit, then I was surrendered there, where I just existed. I am doing well in my new foster home and my favorite thing so far is human affection and the couch! I am a sweet and submissive girl loves nothing more than belly rubs. I am great with all people including small children. I am fully house and crate trained but I am nondestructive and can be left out of my crate when alone. I ride well in the car and I don’t even mind getting my nails trimmed or going to the vet! I am low energy and easy. I am a little overweight, but nice weather will be here soon and I walk nice on leash! After years of being housed with hundreds of other dogs, my ideal home wouldn’t have any other pets so I can have all of the humans to myself. I am currently being fostered in PA, but can be transported to an approved adopter. I can't wait to meet you!
