My story

Joe is Almost Ready for His Forever Home! This 5-year-old pittie mix was found as a stray, weighing only 35 lbs—but thanks to his amazing foster parents, three meals a day, and lots of protein, Joe is now a healthy 55 lbs! In just a month, he has transformed into a whole new dog. Joe’s spirit shines so bright! He loves everyone he meets and gets so excited for his walks. Now that he’s healthier, he enjoys long walks, hikes, and even loved seeing the bay! He’s playful, full of energy, and has the cutest little hop—seriously, he couldn’t get any cuter! -Housebroken -Loves toys & enrichment -Still working on crate training (big improvements!) -Needs socialization around dogs (whines & chirps like a bird) -Best with older kids Joe still needs to be neutered once he’s medically cleared, but he’s getting closer to finding his perfect home.
