My story

Pamina is an incredibly affectionate and sweet dog with an abundance of love to share. After being successfully treated for heartworm, she’s feeling much better but still has some physical restrictions as she continues to recover. Despite this, she’s full of joy and loves to alternate between tossing a toy above her head and, most of all, showering her humans with kisses and attention. Pamina is a true cuddle bug, always eager to snuggle up and be close to her loved ones. She prefers affection over toys most of the time, and nothing makes her happier than receiving love from her humans. Pamina is also very well-mannered—she sits promptly when asked and enjoys treats, though she’s not overly focused on them. She’s just as happy with a bit of attention or a fun toy to play with. She loves meeting new people and is making great progress with her leash manners. She’s also diligently working on her house training and is improving every day. Pamina is a gentle, loving soul who thrives on companionship and affection. She enjoys playing with rope toys but is happiest when she’s surrounded by people who give her the love and attention she craves. While she still has some physical restrictions due to her heartworm treatment, she’s ready to embrace all the cuddles and gentle adventures life has to offer. Pamina’s motto: "Cuddles, kisses, and love – that’s all I need to make my day!" 💖🐾
