Buggs

My story

Bug (or Buggs) is always excited to see you and be around everyone! She is very vocal when saying "hello" and lets you know when she wants some attention! She can be playful, especially when using a wand toy with a bell, and always is bursting with energy. That is perfectly balanced with her ability to relax, and will come up and lay in your lap or just be within your presence! She currently gets along with other cats, but is a bit confused on how to correctly play with others! She also can be a bit territorial when it's meal time, due to her being a stray! We have been working on training her (clicker training) to become more calm during her meals, and she has made great progress in having those boundaries with her food versus our other cat in the house. Therefore, she may serve best in a household where there is no perceived competition for food (only cat), or with other animals (her personality may go well with a dog). However, I would be wary of leaving food out (whether for another pet or yourself), as she is still working on boundaries! Outside of her love of food, she is truly a lovebug. She always purrs upon seeing you, and will consistently rub her head into you for more pets and cuddles. She is a vibrant, warm, and sweet personality and makes a wonderful addition to any family.
