My story

Meet Froggy, a delightful adult dog who's eager to bring joy to a quiet home. Froggy is the embodiment of sweetness, always ready to offer a friendly tail wag or a comforting cuddle to his one person. He is a social butterfly who loves making canine friends. That being said, he can become protective over his specific people he chooses to bond to. Due to that behavior, he should ideally go into a home with limited people and low traffic. He should be considered a bike risk if others were to try and give him or his person affection while around each other. He does have an overall gentle nature making him a wonderful companion for those seeking a calm, well-mannered friend. Froggy's affectionate personality is paired with a keen intelligence that makes him a quick learner. Froggy is currently undergoing treatments for heartworm disease. Until he has completed his treatments and is fully recovered, Froggy is available for adoption only in the Atlanta area; He must be able to come to Furkids' shelter for treatments. Froggy weighs 13lbs., is approximately 4 years old (est. birth date 02/08/2021), and his adoption fee is $315. Froggy has been neutered, is up to date on all vaccinations & preventatives, and is microchipped. After submitting a survey, an adoption counselor will contact you within 72 hours to give you more information about the dog you are interested in adopting and to arrange for you to meet.
