My story

Meet Reebok! Reebok is the full package: sweet, smart, silly, and soulful. He’s a low-key companion who enjoys life’s simple pleasures—lounging belly-up on the couch, chewing a bone in peace, or sniffing around the yard while watching birds and squirrels.He’s got great manners and a gentle energy. Reebok knows basic commands like sit, down, touch, off, and snuggle, and he listens well, especially when there’s a treat involved! He’s fully potty-trained and goes on command.Reebok is currently working on crate training and has made great progress. He’ll walk into his crate willingly for a frozen peanut butter Kong and is learning to settle when left alone. That said, he’s shown he can also do well outside the crate: he’s stayed calmly in “his” room for up to 3 hours with no issues and is likely to be fine left uncrated once he’s settled in a new home.He doesn’t need constant attention or playtime—he’s very good at entertaining himself—but he does love being near his people. A relaxed day with access to a cozy spot and a quick walk is Reebok’s idea of the good life.Reebok lives with a resident female dog and, after a slow intro, they’ve become great companions. They hang out, chew toys side-by-side, and enjoy each other`s company. He may enjoy another friendly dog with a proper introduction. He walks beautifully on leash with a Gentle Leader and has been perfecting staying calm when passing other dogs. Reebok is thriving in a quiet, low-traffic foster home and would do best in a similar setting. He’d benefit from adopters who can give him time to adjust, take things slow, and offer structure and love. We recommend meet-and-greets with resident pets (and kids) to ensure it’s a good match. Reebok is healthy, off all prescription meds, and has no ongoing medical concerns. He’s truly blossomed in foster care and is ready for a forever home of his own.All adoptable pets are spayed/neutered (or scheduled), vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to go home today!
