My story

Hi, my name is Delilah! I’m available for adoption! Please read the questions and answers below to learn more about me. If I sound like a good fit, come out to Greenhill Humane Society to meet me! Do you like other cats? I do not! I need to be the only cat in my new home. What do you think about living with a dog? Unknown, I might do well with a dog after a slow introduction period.How do you feel about kids? Unknown, I would probably do well with cat savvy kids. If I`m going to be living with children I would love to meet them first!What was your previous home like? Not much is known, I was found as a stray.What’s your ideal home like? A home where I can have lots love and the care I deserve. Even though I`m getting older, I still love to play with wand toys so I`ll need someone who will play with me. I was found as a stray so I might want access outdoors, however I could likely adjust to being indoors only! Is there anything else we should know about you? I`m a staff favorite! I currently share an office with the Feline Program Manager and am wonderful company. I`m very chatty and vocal, I love laying on my cat beds, scratching on my scratcher, being brushed, playing with wand toys and must importantly eating lots of canned food!
