My story

Hi! I’m Pep – a 1-year-old bundle of joy with a tail that never stops wagging and, you guessed it, a serious pep in my step!I’m sweet, handsome (just look at this mug!), and always ready for fun. I love fetch, making new dog friends, and trotting around like the confident cutie I am. Whether we`re playing in the yard or exploring the world together, I’m just happy to be by your side.I’ve got the energy of a puppy, the charm of a movie star, and a heart big enough to love your whole family.Let’s toss a tennis ball and start our forever adventure. I’m Pep, and I can’t wait to meet you! ???? Borrow a Buddy Notes:Pep did great on our walk/hike around Trinity Groves! He was curious about his surroundings and sometimes needed a slight tug to get him back on track. We passed by several people, dogs, and bikes and he behaved very well. He loves treats and knows how to sit when asked. He did need some assistance getting in/out of the car, and rode very well and enjoyed sticking his head out the window. He is very sweet and friendly and would do well with a family who can give him plenty of exercise and love.FOSTER TESTIMONIAL: Had to assist Pep when loading into the car, and accepted the assist very well. He was looked out the windows & was very curious about his trip. Pep walked well on leash and we took the lead on the hike so that a couple other dogs would follow. Pep investigated his surroundings, but when I said ‘come’, he would break from sniffing & continue walking. He knows ‘sit’, is learning ‘wait’, and for an 11month puppy, he is eager to learn & is treat motivated. He got along well with the other dogs on the hike, was interested but not overly. Pep loves being pet & scratched, and also does not mind having his ears touched… He was a real pleasure to take on the hike!Come meet me at 2400 Lonestar Dr. any day between 12noon-6pm!
