You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION! Baby came to me by a lady who was feeding her in a colony she had had several litters. She took her in to get fixed and surrendered her to us.The adoption fee includes being spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and worms, current shots and being chipped. We also pay for the initial chip registration. Adoption events are held Sundays at the Fontana Petco 12-4pmhttps://petstablished.com/adoption_form/32024/genericVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.Apply on-line using the link to our application. Please be sure to use the species specific application for a dog or cat. Adoption events are held every Sunday, excluding holidays, at the Fontana Petco.
