  Meet Elektra: A Sweet Survivor Ready for Her Forever Home!   Elektra is a 10-month-old, 37-pound bundle of joy who is looking for her foster or forever family in the Los Angeles area. Despite a rough start to life—found abandoned in a dumpster with her snout and legs tied up with a leash—Elektra has shown incredible resilience and is now ready to embrace her second chance.   This playful girl has quickly adapted to her new life. She loves to have fun and has thrived in large play groups with other dogs. Her ideal home would include an active family or another playful dog, as well as a secure, fenced yard where she can run and burn off her energy.
