My story

Meet the best boy Groot! Groot’s journey hasn’t been easy—he came to us from the shelter covered in scars and scabs, remnants of a past that’s now behind him. But despite what he’s been through, Groot has proven to be a resilient, gentle soul with a heart full of potential. Groot is learning to embrace the joy of life outside the shelter. He’s discovering the beauty of playtime, the comfort of a warm bed, and the company of other dogs who he enjoys spending time with. Though he’s still navigating the world and all its good points, Groot’s sweet nature shines through. He may not have known kindness for long, but he’s soaking it all in, and with a patient and loving family, we know his transformation will continue to flourish.
