My story

MEET GIGI! This beautiful, very sweet and adorable terrier was found wandering in a park in NYC. Now doing great in a foster home, Gigi is ready for her forever! Gigi LOVES her humans! (According to her foster ... "she is a massive cuddler and loves to be as close to her humans as possible"). She LOVES other dogs, has been to the dog park and is learning how to read other canine's "cues". She LOVES her daily walks, romps in the park, etc. She LOVES chew toys, bones, filled Kongs, ropes, etc. is VERY food motivated. Gigi is also great on car rides! Some cute things about Gigi: her ear stands at attention when excited. She snores like an adorable old man. Bunny hops when she plays with another dog. And her zoomies are legendary at the dog park! She is also good off leash on hikes and her recall is getting better every day. Ideal home for Gigi? One that loves and cares for her of course, a home committed to her forever. A home that will give this active, young girl daily sufficient exercise to keep her happy and balanced. A home that will continue her training for she is still a very young dog. An adult only home or one with older kids is best given her exuberance. She would do fine with another dog or two (intros always necessary), but will do fine as solo as well. A quiet home, less urban than where she is now (East Village). Gigi is about a year old and weighs about 50 lbs. She is UTD and spayed. She is house trained. Have questions? Want to arrange a visit?
