Brandywine

My story

Brandywine came to us from our local intake shelter. She was a fan favorite of the volunteers to say the least! With her precious pouty mouth we knew we had to save her. Thankfully we had a foster to say yes, and Brandywine became our first CACC shelter pull. Her foster says she is an amazing dog who is learning so much as she goes! She is very loving and affectionate. She is potty trained and with a good routine she will continue to catch on quickly in her new home! She does need slow introduction for dogs because of her lack of experience with them but we know she will gain more confidence as she continues to be challenged. She would love a fenced yard (this is negotiable) OR someone willing to help her continue to gain confidence because in the beginning she does get a little overwhelmed with loud noises outside of the home. Brandywine is located in Chicago & her adoptable radius is opened up outside of Chicago as long as the adoption is willing to travel to meet and finalize. Her adoption fee includes up to date vaccines and preventatives, spay, heartworm negative and microchip. If you have any questions before applying please email adopt@chicagorescueauthority.org.
