This gentle soul is a quiet, mellow “shmedium” (about 20 lbs) who thrives with routine and prefers the company of familiar friends over big crowds. Marcus is kind of a velcro dog — he loves nothing more than being near his person, whether it’s for a walk around the block or a cozy evening at home. If you’re into companionship and steady loyalty, Marcus will absolutely win your heart. His foster says:“He’s a calm, sweet shadow who’s happy just being near you. He’s great on leash, totally house-trained, and has so much love to give.” Marcus isn’t the type to stir up a lot of excitement — and he prefers it that way. He’d love a laid-back home where he can feel safe, loved, and understood.
