My story

Nigel is an adorable Pit Bull Terrier puppy with a sleek black coat and a cute white stripe down his nose! This outgoing boy is full of love for his humans and fur siblings alike. He’s a curious pup, always exploring his surroundings and looking for his next adventure. Nigel doesn’t play favorites—he adores everyone in his foster home! Like any puppy, he’s still learning the ropes. He’s working on crate training (though he’s not a fan just yet) and potty training using a bell system and timed breaks. He’s picking up basic training cues like sit, stay, leave it, and drop it, and he responds well to gentle redirection. Nigel does best with dog savvy children due to his size and strength, and he would thrive in a home without cats. He’s a social pup who loves playing with his doggy friends and being around his people. The friendly folks here will be happy to answer all your questions! Our dogs and puppies go home spayed/neutered, microchipped, heartworm tested (7 months and over), and up to date on core vaccines, heartworm, flea, and tick preventatives. Their adoption also includes a free-vet exam at one of our participating veterinarians.
