My story

LOCATED IN WATERLOO REGION, ON DOB: 30 June 2023 Scottish Fold cross Microchipped Hi, I'm Calcium, I'm a bit nervous and can be leery of new things. I'm more adventurous and curious than my big brother, but less confident than him with people. His name is Sodium, and I often explore and play while he is having a morning nap. I'm also his shadow, and I love to hide behind him to help me with my confidence - it's something we are both low on, but he's got a bit more than I do so we share. We love to share everything: we eat together, sleep together, play together and groom each other. I guess we are more than just brothers - we are best friends. Toys?! Oh I love toys and that silly laser thing. I can play with them for hours. Tunnels?! Wow, we both love tunnels, and tents too! Let's be serious, if we can hide inside it and sleep in it, then we love it! Crinkle matts are my favourite! That’s almost the only sound I enjoy... So far, I haven't been a fan of any human interaction. I feel best when watching (staring) from a distance. Cat nip? Did you say cat nip? It's the best creation, well, second best because lickable treat are the best. I love those just as much as my brother does! I will lick them right off of my foster's finger now. They are so good that I have started to approach her for them. When she comes into a room and sits on the floor with us, we both head over to this "treat lady" because they are too delicious to resist. Can you make our dreams come true? Do you have a peaceful, calm home that we can call our home as well? (One with no young children please.) Because that would be delightful for me, for us! He and I both need to continue to grow in so many ways especially our social skills. We know we want to we just need to be taught how. Do you have the time and dedication we need to flourish and radiate with a glowing confidence? Are you patient and willing to give us the time we need to adapt and feel safe? But most of all, do you have lots of love to give? We promise you our love in return will be the biggest reward, eventually! Thank you for giving two best friends a loving home together! Our adoption fee for an adult bonded pair is $175 per cat, versus our standard fee of $225 per adult cat.
