HUEY

My story

Huey is a playful and lovable hound mix who’s working on growing his confidence and learning that the great indoors isn’t so scary after all! He’s sweet, sensitive, and happiest when he’s got a confident dog friend by his side. Since he grew up without much exposure to home life, he’s still figuring out things like leashes, doorways, and that the vacuum isn’t a monster. With a little patience and a lot of treats (preferably peanut butter biscuits!), Huey will blossom into the loyal companion he’s meant to be. If you’ve got a quiet home, a friendly dog, and a heart big enough for a gentle soul like Huey, he’s ready to learn what love is all about!
