My story

***Currently located in Guerrero, Mexico*** Hey there! My name is Heidy.When I was found in December, I was wandering around the street and trying to cross the road. I had been abandoned, pregnant and alone. Even though I was scared, some wonderful people were able to take me to the shelter. As soon as I was fed, I went to sleep and got some much needed rest. The next day, I was taken to the vet where I was given routine tests - luckily, everything looked good! I am now ready for a loving family to take me home.I’m sure you can understand that I do still have a fear of being abandoned, but my rescuers say despite this, I’m a wonderful dog! I love affection from my human friends and am great with children, adults, and other dogs. I am happy-go-lucky and very excited to meet you!
