FAT BOY

My story

Meet Fat Boy! Contrary to his name, this sweet little baby cow actually came in looking a little thin. He`s working on it, though! At 6 years old, he`s past the velociraptor stage of puppyhood but still very full of life. He`s quite the polite gentleman when it comes to seeking affection and taking treats. When outside, he likes to hop up next to you on the bench and lean in for scratches, maybe even have a snack or two. He`s not particularly toy-motivated; leash walks and cuddles are more his pace. He`s really captured the hearts of a number of our dog-walking volunteers with his gentle demeanor and radiant smile. If your life is missing a spotted house hippo who`ll share both your snacks and your spot on the couch, come in and see Fat Boy any day of the week between noon and 6:30pm :) Adoptions are free and include support from our adoption team to ensure a smooth transition from the shelter to your home.
