My story

Meet Francis—“Franny” to her friends! This adorable Schnauzer-Yorkie-Terrier mix is as charming as they come! Franny’s journey hasn’t been easy—she was found abandoned in an orchard alongside other dogs and a litter of puppies, struggling to survive for weeks. Thankfully, a kind rescuer kept them safe until we could bring them to the Bay Area. Now, Franny is spayed, healthy, and ready to find her forever family! At 20 pounds and full-grown, she’s the perfect low-shedding companion who will need only light grooming to keep her beautiful tri-colored coat looking its best. Franny is likely between 1.5 to 3 years old and has a sweet, gentle personality that makes her an instant favorite. She’s great with people, children, and other dogs and would do well as either a solo pet or a second dog. She’s currently working on house and crate training, rides well in the car, and loves to explore the world around her. Since everything is still new to her, she’d thrive in a patient, loving home that can help her build confidence. All our dogs undergo comprehensive vetting, including spaying/neutering, microchipping, DHPP, flea treatment, deworming, and Rabies vaccinations. Additional vet care is provided as needed based on their requirements. The adoption fee for this dog is $450 serving as a non-refundable donation. Adoption fees may vary based on factors such as vetting costs, transport, and age.
