My story
Charlotte originally came to us in 2019 after Hurricane Barry his Louisiana. She was at her previous shelter for 2 years, and came to Illinois hoping for a brighter future. She was adopted, and sadly had to come back since her family was no longer able to care for her. Luckily, her lovable personality has remained. She loves getting pets, receiving snacks, and trying to bury any chews we give her in any bed or couch that is nearby. She is very dedicated to the art of burying bones! Her fur may be a little bit more gray, but her soul is as vibrant as we remember. Charlotte would love a calm, forever home where her people are home more often than not so she can share all of her love!
